Just wanted to post something about how I felt coming to the reunion on Saturday night.

- Great job by those responsible for putting this together, thank you!!!

- Being very shy and reserved in High School I didn't get to know many of our 600+ classmates while there.  I met many more on Saturday and loved it.

- I guess for me it validated my years at Central High in the fact that I did connect with some of my old sports guys and was able to relive some great and fun moments from back in school and the fact that someone did remember me at all from those reserved years.

- One woman came up to me and said that she lived accross the street from me in High School (I did not remember) and that her mother and my mother were friends and when my Mom had breast cancer that her Mom regularly come over to spend time with here before she passed away.  I don't remember as I was in the military at the time.  I am sorry that I don't remember your name but it meant the world to me to hear that Mom had such a good friend that was with here in a time of great suffering and lonliness.  Thank you so much for sharing that with me....

I really dug the bitchen tunes on Dick Coffinger's juke box.  I hope the juke box recovers Dick.

Thanks for taking the time to find me and relay that story to me.  Mom was a great lady and I miss her to this day.

You Mom must have been a wonderful person as well to be the kind of friend that is there when times are not so great.

It was great to see you at the reunion and again thanks for such a great memory to add to my past.

Thanks Reunion Committee for a great time on Saturday!  It was so much fun to see old friends and visit with people I didn't even know, or vaguely knew, during the Central years.  They are great adults and it was fun getting to know them now.  I think the success of this reunion was mainly due to the Central '65 internet site and I thank you Bob and Jim for putting it together.  We were an awesome class!  Hope that eye is better soon Dick.

Total agreement with everyone else, the Reunion was a HOOT!!  Just like to add our thanks to the Reunion Committee for all their hard work.  We've put on several get-togethers for various organizations, although not in this magnitude, over the years and know the work and effort involved.  Thanks again!

We left the reunion about 11:30, got home about 1:30, up at 5:00 to feed the horses with our eyes propped open with toothpicks, damn-seems like not that many years ago we used to do things like this about 5 or 6 times a week!  GETTIN' OLD AIN'T FOR SISSIES!!!!
