we were in Brownies, and Girl Scouts together. I will always remember the trip we all took to Colorado Springs after 7th grade, we had spent a few years raising the money to be able to go. And all of the wonderful "dramatization" Cheryl did at Grandview School, especially the one where she was "baking", the flour would fly and she was great!! We all thought she would be a movie star one day! I was looking forward to seeing you, Cheryl, at this reunion. I remember you and you have a place in my heart. Love you, Nancy

I was sorry to see Cheryls' name listed here. Our paths crossed several times but just for brief moments. I ran into her at ASU, I think it was a frat party. The last time I saw her she was on TV. She was a contestant on "The Dating Game". I'm not sure exactly when I saw the program and it may have been a rerun. I was very surprised to see her on TV. Rest in peace Cheryl.

Although after graduating I did not see Cheryl she remains in my memories as a sweet friend. I am saddened she left us so soon. Bev Jernigan

Cheryl was always "over the top" with creativity. We all laughed and learned to enjoy life when we had her example. Sorry to loose Cheryl.

Dear Cheryl, I was saddened to hear of your early demise. We were friends for too short a time in high school, but I do remember fondly the times we did have together. I did see that you made it to Hollywood and the Gong Show. I laughed and remembered that you had said that someday you would be famous and on TV. You made it kid. I am sorry that we lost touch, but I have always remembered you and still do.

Rest in Peace sweet lady.........your friend still, Robert J. McKeown, class of '63 Central HS,Phoenix AZ
